Funding may be requested under five categories of service for Priority I and Priority II:

Internet Access

Internal Connections

Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections.

Discounts for support depend on the level of poverty and the urban/rural status

of the population served and range from 20 - 90% of the costs of eligible services.

IT Advantage Solutions D-RATE is created to assist both eligible and non-eligible

participants in both rural and urban areas with a 60% discount on Priority I and
